Coping better with life

“Mindfulness meditation has helped me stay calm in stressful situations in and outside of school and with day to day life. I’ve learnt how to take a step back when I get stressed by using the breathing techniques Tina taught me. I’ve learnt I can’t change other peoples behaviour but I can control how I react and respond, and I loved getting to know the other girls who were also dealing with the same worries as me, I found it comforting.”
